A simple title for a simple breakfast. But look at that photo. Doesn’t look so simple, does it. Takes 10 minutes to throw together, tastes absolutely delicious, and keeps you full for as long as you need – like until you can justify eating a morning snack.
I bet if you went through your cabinets, cupboards, and refrigerator you would come across things you are already using as natural home remedies. Look around… what else could you be doing?
We’re making changes around here to incorporate more fruits and veggies into our diet. It’s hard work, especially with a busy toddler and tired mommy, but if we can do it, you certainly can, too.
